Growing up, I was 6'3" and a petite 140lbs, which came with feelings of insecurity, unmasculine, shyness, and lack of confidence. at 15, I decided to take control of those feelings and began a challenging journey to the gym, the dreaded weight room, determined to gain weight and build myself up. With the guidance of a few inspiring mentors, I found the discipline needed to make consistent progress. Now, at a much healthier 200ish lbs., I want to be the same source of inspiration for other-to show them that they, too, can achieve what they set out to do, whether it's fitness-related or otherwise. I believe that fitness is more than just physical means. It is about building confidence, mental resilience, and the ability to overcome personal barriers. I've dedicated my life to this, holding a degree in Human Kinetics, a Diploma in Kinesiology, and I'm currently pursuing certification to be a registered Massage Therapist. There qualifications allow me to approach fitness with a deep understanding of the body and how to train it safely and effectively.
